Wise Oak Consulting seeks to support the tribal sovereignty of American Indian tribes and Alaskan native villages by helping them build and/or maintain emergency management programs. This can include basics such as risk assessments and Continuity of Operations plans to help ensure the very survival of the tribal government.

Wise Oak is out in front again in 2021. We have already developed Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment s(THIRA) / Stakeholder Preparedness Reviews (SPR) for client clients using FEMA's new 2021 guidance.
